This position is within the Finance System Support team supporting and maintaining applications using best practices such as Peoplesoft, Hyperion, Coupa, Concur that will continue to expand in the future to all finance systems.

Reporting to Finance Systems Manager, you will work with multiple business and IT stakeholders to ensure on-going integrity of the systems.

What you'll do

  • Daily system access requests

  • Load Chart of Accounts metadata into applications

  • Data extracts to support audit

  • Help support month end activities

  • Regression testing of applications using test scenarios

  • Documentation of system issues, test plans and test executions

  • Collaborative and team player who builds relationships easily across various stakeholder groups

What you bring

  • Completion of University Degree

  • Experience supporting and maintaining Finance systems

  • Advance knowledge of Excel

  • Self-motivated, ability to work under pressure

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
