As Financial Services Manager on our team; you will consult with clients on protection programs to tailor personalized coverages. As well as provide optimal purchasing solutions to our clients through a network of prime lenders and financial institutions.

High-Level of Key Responsibilities

• Through consultative best practices, assist clients in customizing:

• Various protection options for their vehicle

• Insurances for peace of mind and financial protection

• Prepare and document any/all documentation for final delivery.

• Adhere to a standard of professional ethics and be respectful to customers.

• Be knowledgeable of provincial regulations regarding finance and the fair credit reporting act.

• Structure deals in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines.

• Perform credit interview.

• Grow store relationship with key lenders.

• Integral part of the team, driving efficient and streamlined process.

What you bring to the role:

• 3 - 5 years’ experience in the Automotive business (preferred).

• GRIT and passion to grow

• A hunger to succeed

• Excellent Oral, Written & Listening skills.

• Decision-Making Skills based on the relative costs, benefits of potential actions and choose the appropriate path.

• Efficient knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, e-mail software and use of the Internet.

• OMVIC certified

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
