TDOT ID Services is an RCMP CCRTIS accredited fingerprinting agency located in North York, ON.
Our Fingerprint Specialists have an expertise in performing digital and ink and roll fingerprinting. They are are knowledgeable about fingerprinting techniques and procedures, and can easily obtain and maintain necessary security clearances. The ideal candidate will be a customer service champion and will have 1-3 years of work experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respectfully answer client queries
- Identify the type of service required (RCMP fingerprinting - immigration, citizenship, employment, etc. FBI fingerprinting)
- Perform digital fingerprinting using the LiveScan equipment and transmit the fingerprinting to CCRTIS
- Peform inked and rolled fingerprints as required
- Assist with CardScan requirements
- Keep abreast of the fingerprinting requirements for various countries
Requirements:
- Excellent English language skills
- Minimum high school
- Must be a permanent resident or Canadian citizen due to Govt. of Canada security requirements
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
