• In order to qualify, successful candidates will ideally have a minimum of 5 years of retail automotive service experience and be well versed in fixed operation functions
• a winning attitude,
• the ability to motivate and lead a winning team,
• the ability to grow the business with innovative ideas working closely with other management to achieve common goals,
• be computer literate CDK preferred,
• have the ability to forecast and track business and develop and maintain departmental systems and procedures.
• Formal training in an automotive learning institution, college or university preferred but not mandatory
