Evolution Catering/The Peppered Elk is now hiring new team members. You will assist with serving patrons of The Peppered Elk Restaurant, on-course concession food, as well as event catering services.
An excellent opportunity to join a new brand to the Ponoka area. We offer a fun and inviting work atmosphere with opportunity for growth and learning. In addition, we will be operational the entire year, not just the golf season.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Server/Bartender to provide an excellent guest experience.
We are hiring full time/part time positions.
General Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 7 months
Part-time hours: 20 - 40 per week
Salary: From $15.00 per hour

Experience:
- serving: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- ProServe (preferred)
