Food Production Packager

The Great Canadian Meat Company in Whitby is hiring a food production/packaging worker for the weekdays. No need for experience! We will train you. This is an entry level position.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Must be willing to handle meat on a daily basis (pork, chicken, beef, etc)
- Ability to learn food handling, safety and sanitization standards
- GMP knowledge, HACCP training provided
- Daily cleaning of all work surfaces, floors, containers, equipment, etc
- Must have good work ethic
- Good communication and can follow directions given by a supervisor
- Ability to be a self starter and work as part of a team
- Ability to handle repetitive motions
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must have steel toed shoes
- Must have reliable transportation
