JOB DUTIES. The following duties will be performed in this position:

• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff.

• Train staff in job duties and ensure that they carry out duties effectively.

• Maintain records of supplies and advise employer on issues.

• Discuss issues and resolve customer complaints as required, ensuring that outcomes are equitable and favour customer satisfaction.

• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and attend to sanitation, cleaning, sweeping, and mopping as required.

• Participate in food preparation as required.

REQUIREMENTS. The successful applicant will possess, at a minimum, the following skills and experience:

· Completion of secondary school

· At least one year of experience in a food service environment

· Some supervisory experience in food services is required

· Previous customer service experience is preferred

· Team player

· Organized

· Attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Successful candidate may stay in the employer’s home during the length of employment and will receive free room and board, including food, a separate bedroom, cable, and internet. Note: The employer is offering room and board due to a local housing shortage; however, this is completely optional and by no means a requirement of employment.
