Forklift Operator/Yard Attendant Job at Nelson Roofing & Sheet Metal Ltd
Nelson Roofing & Sheet Metal Ltd. has an immediate opening at our Campbell River branch for a Forklift Operator/Yard Attendant.
Knowledge of roofing and/or construction material would be most beneficial.
Clean Driver’s abstract and Class 5 license required. Forklift Certification is preferred, but we will train.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Dumping roofing debris and assisting roofing crews as needed
- Assisting with laying out materials for upcoming jobs
- Maintaining roofing equipment and clean, organizes yard
Nelson Roofing & Sheet Metal Ltd is a unionized firm. We offer excellent wages and benefit package. It is a full-time permanents position; Mon – Fri, early morning start.
