We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and conscientious Carpenter to join our team. The successful candidate will play a central role in the carpentry team, focused on the construction of outdoor structures in high-end, residential properties. The focus of this role is concrete work and forming carpentry. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in a high-achieving and supportive environment, working on interesting and unique projects.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately work from blueprints to construct patios, fences, decks, and other landscape structures.

• Concrete work: forming carpentry - formwork for stairs, walls, foundations, architectural and exposed high-quality concrete.

• Train, supervise, and support team members to build a positive and cohesive team environment.

Selection Criteria:

• 5 years + carpentry experience desired, including architectural and detailed form construction.

• Presentable, professional, and with an excellent work ethic

• Strong attention to detail and focus on the quality finished product.

• Stable work history with a demonstrated commitment to past employers

• Able to transport self to West Vancouver, Point Grey, or anywhere in Vancouver.

• Red Seal preferred or working towards it

• Happy to work outside year-round!
