What You Will Be Doing

In this role, you will be working together with our People & Culture Solutions and Coaching team to support clients who are seeking to advance their careers or transition into new employment. Your responsibilities include writing strong and professional CVs, cover letters and LinkedIn profiles, and guiding individuals to make a great “digital first impression”.


Your Character & Competencies

  • You are a talented and highly efficient writer and have a fast typing speed.

Your Experience

  • Post-secondary education in English, Journalism, or Communications is highly desired.
  • Certification or training in resume building or technical writing is highly desired.
  • Previous professional background in recruitment, post-secondary education, journalism or marketing communications, or equivalent, is a bonus.

Your Technical Capacities & Resources

  • Must have a natural ease with technology and the ability to learn & adapt to new software.
  • Must have your own computer equipment and high speed internet.
  • Familiarity with Zoom, Google, Asana, and Hubspot is a bonus.


Job Type: Subcontract role, 20 hours per week estimated
