Full-Time Cleaning Subcontract- North Vancouver Job at Cleantech Service Group

Cleantech Service Group is based in Richmond and provides cleaning and maintenance services to commercial establishments and strata buildings throughout the Lower Mainland. THE JOB
We are currently looking for full-time cleaners for our commercial site in North Vancouver.
While this is a subcontract,
- 7 days per week, 6 hours per day (daytime)
- 1-4 cleaners; Must stay at the building for the entire shift
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Cleaning amenity rooms and washrooms:
- Clean and disinfect high contact touch points in the amenities area in the afternoons
(door handles, light switches, equipment, etc) - Damp mop hard surfaced flooring in the mornings
- Empty waste receptacles and replace with clean liners
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Cleaning experience is preferable
- Organized and reliable
- Effective verbal communication in English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to deal with residents in a positive and professional manner
COMPENSATION: $3367 per month
