Duties:
Set up and maintain
Network infrastructure across 4 buildings
Wireless network infrastructure
Linux and Windows servers
Bare metal servers
Physical security and access control systems
Infrastructure monitoring tools
Backup systems
Deploy new services and software to fulfill business needs
Ensure availability and performance of all physical and virtual environments
Offer third-level support to users for issues of high complexity
Create and maintain extensive documentation of infrastructure
Be on-call for disaster-level events that require on-site or remote intervention
Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees with IT services and devices
Keep up-to-date documentation on disaster recovery plans in case of network and system failures
Job Requirements:
Good diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
3+ years managing a medium to large network infrastructure
3+ years managing Linux (RHEL, Debian) and/or Windows servers and workstations
Strong knowledge of
Networking (OSPF, 802.1ad, 802.1x, RADIUS, VLAN, Firewall, NAT, Router CARP/VRRP)
Bare metal servers
Wireless infrastructure
Automation and scripting
