Wage: $16.50 / hour, plus $2.00 Night Shift premium (Applicable from 9 pm -6 am)
Shift: Day & Night shift:12 pm to 10:30 pm /10:30 pm - 12:00pm - must be able to do weekly rotation of schedule

In a typical day, you’ll:
- Perform general helper duties in the bakery.
- Work in production/packaging area to rack off bread and stack bread/roll trays
- Check products and packaging for basic quality defects. Assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties. Clean machines and immediate work areas
- Work closely with production team members to ensure product quality
- Be trained to be Machine operators
- Feed flattened boxes into forming machines to construct containers
- Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers
- Assist machine operators/mixers/oven captains/Relief operators and crew with other duties as assigned.
- May assist sanitation crew in the cleanliness of production equipment and area
- Ensure all Food Safety and Health & Safety policies and procedures are followed
About You:
- A lover of bread and baked goods!
- You should be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds repetitively.
- Should be flexible with the Day/Night 10-hour shift schedule
- You should be comfortable performing different jobs/duties as assigned in packaging area.
- Should be comfortable standing for extended periods. Bending, crouching. Lifting boxes, operating machines etc.
- You have previously worked in a manufacturing environment (even better if it was food manufacturing!)
- You are dedicated to the health and safety of yourself and your colleagues.

Please note, after successful completion of training and probation, this role will transition to Machine Operator.
