Main Duties and Responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to

• Manufacturing asphaltic products,
• Loading/unloading trucks and/or railcars,
• Assisting in the production process and other general duties at the McAsphalt Langley Terminal.
• You will follow all standard operating procedures and policies established by the McAsphalt Operations department.

Please note this is a Full-time Seasonal position.

***Shift Information***

This position works Monday-Friday in varying shifts listed below and will have a schedule rotation for the weekends, must be available to work overtime as required.

· Day Shift schedule is set: 8:00am – 4:00pm (2 positions)

· Evening Shift schedule is set: 4:00pm – 12:00am (1 position)

· Night Shift schedule is set: 12:00am – 8:00am (2 positions)

Required Qualifications

· A strong work ethic and ability to work in small team(s);

· A reliable method of transportation to and from work in a timely manner (limited or no public transit);

· Ability to work effectively under pressure, being responsible, resourceful and autonomous;

· Ability to work outdoors, at height and in all environments;

· Lastly, a good sense of humor will also be a great asset.
