We are looking for a Warehouse Worker to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Warehouse Worker responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and shipping orders. Deliver special or last minute orders in the GTA. Keep inventory, assist in stocking products, maintenance on equipment and any other duty required for the warehouse to be kept efficiently and tidy. Position will begin as part time but will become full time once training period is complete. Employee will be eligible for company benefits once the position becomes full time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
• Report any discrepancies
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
• Be able to deliver orders to customers in the GTA
• Assist the technical department with small repairs and maintenance on coffee equipment. Training will be provided. Mechanical aptitude an asset.
• Prepare outgoing equipment for delivery and installation

Requirements and skills

• Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Drivers license required
• Ability to drive forklift
• High school degree

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
