The Opportunity:

Our global company is seeking an experienced IT program manager to lead M&A programs across multiple countries. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical integration of systems, applications, and infrastructure for our M&A programs, while ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.

A day in the life:

  • Lead the technical integration of systems, applications, and infrastructure for M&A programs across multiple countries, ensuring that IT solutions align with business goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, legal, and finance, to develop and execute project plans
  • Define and manage the scope, schedule, and budget for M&A programs, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards, including GDPR, CCPA, and SOX, across all M&A programs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including senior management and external partners
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of emerging technologies and trends in M&A integration, and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Manage program risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans to ensure program success
  • Ensure effective communication across all teams and stakeholders, and provide regular program status updates and reporting

What you'll bring to WSP ...

  • PMI Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or equivalent certification
  • Experienced and stewardship skill working in enterprise IT organizations
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in managing complex IT programs, including M&A integrations, across multiple countries
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications, and experience with cloud-based technologies such as Azure
  • Knowledge of security and regulatory standards, including GDPR, CCPA, and SOX
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets, schedules, and scope
  • Experience in change management and ability to lead teams through complex transformational changes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and issues and develop effective mitigation plans
  • Experience in a global company environment and working across multiple time zones
