Job Summary:

You are a Graphic Designer who brings over 2 years of expertise in visual communication dealing with a variety of marketing materials. As a Graphic designer, you be responsible for creating engaging visual designs for a variety of mediums including print and digital, ensuring that all designs are in line with Ledcor’s branding and messaging. You will work closely with the Corporate Communications team and internal clients to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Design and produce requested marketing materials and design assets including (but not limited to) advertisements, brochures, calendars, signage, posters, templates, slideshows, social media graphics and miscellaneous collateral
• Collaborate with the Communications team to develop creative to support various campaigns and initiatives
• Manage and maintain Ledcor logos, brand marks, and creative assets ensuring they are updated and accurate on all collateral and public channels
• Conduct research for, and make recommendations related to, branding and other related projects
• Produce publications such as magazines for both print and digital distribution
• Prioritize and execute multiple projects ensuring that quality and brand standards are met within specified deadlines
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and technologies to ensure that our designs are current and cutting-edge
• Source and manage photography using Ledcor’s Digital Asset Management system, manage photo shoot coordination
• Communicate design ideas and concepts clearly and effectively to internal clients and external suppliers, including photographers and printers

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer
• Proficiency in the following required: Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Cloud products, Digital Asset Management systems
• Experience in asset management protocols and inventory
• Experience with interactivity (PDF, PPT); Video and animation experience is a plus
• Understanding of branding, graphic design, and print and web production principles and best practices
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to be flexible and to work under tight timelines; can adapt and alter course when necessary
• Is open to feedback and willing to revise designs based on stakeholder input

Working Conditions:

• This is a Hybrid role, working both remotely and in the office up to two a week
• Travel to various sites and office locations (approximately 25% of the time)
