As the Graphic / Infographic Designer - Learning & Development , you will partner with Senior Learning Solutions Partners to research, develop and administer various learning and development initiatives with a focus on operations, selling, services and product knowledge for retail and non-retail solutions and corporate audiences. You will channel your passion for applying modern learning practices to develop successful programs, engaging e-learning courses and other resources. Each day will be fast-paced, challenging, rewarding and meaningful.

Specifically, you will:

• Design, develop, curate digital, live virtual and in person learning solutions that effectively promote adoption and ongoing engagement

• Author and enable interactive and innovative learning modalities and implement these into modern learning solutions (e.g. mobile friendly, virtual tools, digital experiences, video-based learning, gamification, badges, learning engagement tools, podcasts, social learning etc.)

• Continuously review, update, maintain and develop orientation and onboarding programs using a consistent framework

• Work with subject matter experts and the business to audit and update all product and process knowledge courses, health & safety and mandatory compliance courses

• Work with 3rd party vendors to leverage offerings and support

• Perform general tasks such as LMS course set ups, LMS release testing, email and registration management, run reporting, support communities/social learning tools and written L&D communications

• Co-facilitate various training sessions as required

• Provide online/virtual training production support, troubleshooting and engagement activities

• 3-5 years of experience in e-learning development, digital learning development and instructional design

• University degree or specialized degree or diploma in Adult Education or Instructional Design

• Certified Training Practitioner (CTP) is an asset

• Demonstrated proficiency using training technologies to produce a variety of learning resources including online courses, training exercises, user guides, videos, and on demand resources

• Excellent knowledge of e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Vyond); demonstrated portfolio

• Skilled in virtual classroom production tools/skills (Adobe Connect, Zoom, MS Teams)

• Demonstrated proficiency in multi-tasking, project planning as well as effective communication skill

• Proficiency in MS Office especially MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
