Oceanstone Resort is a little slice of seaside heaven, just down the road from Peggy’s Cove. This restaurant, versatile venue and collection of coastal accommodations offers a stunning backdrop for events, local food experiences and making memories. Summary of Responsibilities:

Reporting to the General Manager, Guest Services Lead and Operations Supervisors, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

· Check guests in and out of the resort with warm and engaging service

· Highly organized, results-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure in a fast-paced, changing environment

· Energetic individual who can prioritize several diverse tasks concurrently

· Polished communication skills, both written and verbal

· Ability to focus attention on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous at all times

· Highly responsible & reliable

· Strong problem-solving skills to resolve any guest issues

· Ability to work cohesively as part of a team, as well as independently

· Must be flexible in terms of working hours to include holidays, evenings, etc.

· Must have the ability to handle cash effectively and accurately

Qualifications:

· Proven ability to work well independently with minimal supervision

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and exceed expectations

· Ability to effectively solve problems and make decisions

· Familiar with Microsoft Windows applications and basic computer knowledge

Salary: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
