We are hiring Maintenance/Handyman who is responsible for quality repairs, servicing, maintenance and improvement projects. Roles and Responsivities:
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Perform regular maintenance on the facility including drywall repair, plumbing, and electrical equipment
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance
- To report to the clients for most of the daily tasks and prioritize an unexpected tasks or repairs that may arise especially when working alone.
- Remove graffiti, repaint the damage walls and clean signage,
- Ensure a high standard of safety and functionality is maintained and follow the guidelines of WCB
- Experienced in general handyman repair and use of hand or power tools such as but not limited to hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches
- Painting experience will be preferred
- Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.
- Ability to check blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogues as necessary.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
- Strong communication skills, can work independently and prioritize the work
- Experience performing routine maintenance.
- Strong organizational and follow up skills.
- Able to lift 50 pounds.
