We are currently looking for a full-time Breakfast Host/Hostess to join our Food and Beverage team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet guests and determine the number in their party.
• Seat guests by finding a clean, available table; pulling out chairs and placing a menu in front of the guest.
• Provide friendly and welcoming customer service to all hotel/restaurant guests.
• Schedule reservations in person and over the phone.
• Maintain communication with the Food and Beverage Team regarding reservation numbers and special requests.
• Provide information to guests regarding the menu, as well as hotel and local amenities and attractions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be available mornings, holidays and weekends
• Outstanding attention to detail – both personal grooming/appearance and in properly identifying guest’s needs, demeanor, and level of required service attention.
• Must have excellent English language skills and be able to speak, read and understand at a professional level.
• Must be able to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
