POSITION: Housekeeping Room Attendant - Hotel

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Clean occupied and unoccupied guest rooms in accordance with established quality and performance standards.

Organize and stock cleaning cart and organize linen closets on floors assigned.

Regular attendance is essential to the successful performance of this position.

Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel including weekends and holidays. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.

Employees are required to fully comply with hotel rules and regulations for the safe and effective operation of the hotel facilities.

Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products to adhere to health standards.

Perform other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills and executing special guest requests.

Assist other housekeeping employees in maintaining clean and organized work and public areas.

All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per hotel standards.

Clear background check required

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
