Join Our Team

We are seeking full time and part time evening (6:00pm – 12:00am) and weekend Housekeeping Staff to create a safe and clean environment for members and guests. This physically demanding job requires completing repetitive tasks, on-going cleaning and sanitization, garbage removal, and replenishing supplies. This position is located at the Central Labrador YMCA in Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (or in progress)
• Previous cleaning experience
• Able to perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching and moderate lifting
• Available to work flexible shifts, including early morning, evenings and weekends
• Acceptable Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
• Current Standard First Aid and WHMIS
