On behalf of our client, Pano Cap Canada Ltd., we are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator based in Kitchener, Ontario. This position will be working with confidential information to provide support and coordination in payroll, WCIB claims, return to work, benefits administration and other miscellaneous HR projects.

As an HR Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Managing and preparing unionized and non-unionized employees’ payroll on a biweekly basis ensuring payroll and payments are calculated and processed accurately.
- Administering and monitors all employee related benefit programs and services.
- Participating in the researching, development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Updating and maintaining current job descriptions, policy manuals and other related HR documentation.
- Managing STD and LTD claims in a confidential manner and work with management on Return-to-Work Programs where applicable.
- Managing and maintaining workplace health and safety legislation and regulations.
- Organizing, updating, and maintaining HR Projects as required.
You and Your Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources or Payroll administration is required.
- You have experience in benefits administration.
- You have experience in WSIB matters, claims and operating procedures.
- You are highly organized and detail-oriented, while using effective time management skills.
- You have strong oral and written communication skills.
- You are proficient in MS office suit and payroll/HRIS software programs.
