We’re on a mission to make it easy and accessible for any company in the insurance, legal and medical space to understand medical documents quickly using AI. Every week, we process hundreds of thousands of pages of documents, saving our customers hours and hours of manual processing time, and helping them process medical claims much more quickly.

You’ll be asked to work in a fast-moving environment, and to develop new expertise very quickly. About you:


We are growing and looking for a part-time recruiter to join our team. This will be a short term contract role with the possibility of extension. We predict the work load is 10-15 hours weekly (may increase some weeks), and we are flexible on days and hours you choose to work as long as they fall within our core business hours of Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
  • Other relevant duties as assigned

Requirements and skills:


  • 1-2 years of experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Experience working in a tech company or startup a strong asset
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes and recruitment methods
  • Familiarity with different job board (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc...)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical skills including high proficiency in typing and use of Office 365;
  • Extreme ownership: you find a problem, you bring the solution to the finish line.
