What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the HR Advisor will be the first point of contact for the Killarney Administration Office and will assist with training, acquisition and onboarding, benefits & payroll administration, provide support for all HR related programs, and support the HR department’s achievement of retail goals.

Who you are:

We are looking for applicants who have:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, PCP certification or equivalent level of post-secondary education·
  • 1-2 years of office experience; preference will be given to experience in a Human Resources functions and payroll administration
  • Must have exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to gain confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.
  • Must be able to use a variety of communication methods that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
  • Exceptional planning and prioritizing skills to meet commitments that align with organizational goals.
  • Values accountability by holding themselves and others to meet commitments.
