This is a generalist type of role. One that will fit an enthusiastic human resource professional who can support and guide our employees and managers through all sorts of people questions. What you’ll be doing:


Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the Human Resources Business Partner will be providing full cycle HR support and guidance to employees and managers across multiple business units and provinces.


  • Prepare and process employment contracts and amendment for new hires, transfers and compensation changes.
  • Administer group benefits such as group health, dental, and disability plans.
  • Assist and advise managers and employees on the interpretation of company policies, compensation, and benefit programs.
  • Assist managers through performance management, including coaching and progressive discipline.
  • Conduct stay and exit interviews. Develop and communicate recommendations based on findings.
  • Monitor and ensure company compliance with changing employment laws across multiple provinces.
  • Manage employee medical leaves from start to finish including the accommodation process.
  • Lead workplace investigations as needed.
  • Lead various projects and initiatives to advance the department and company.

A great attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
  • Human Resources degree or diploma.
  • Must be a legal resident of Canada or hold a valid Canadian work permit
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced, team-oriented environment while ensuring flexibility, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Service oriented with high energy, initiative, and an engaging attitude.
