JOB PROFILE
The Human Resources Coordinator provides recruitment support to the HR Manager and department managers. The Recruitment Coordinator reports directly to the HR Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION
· Participate in the development of company policy.
· Play a role in the roll out of Human Resources initiatives.
· Draft company newsletters.
· Participate in disciplinary conversations.
· Interacting with department heads to identify job openings and prepare job descriptions and requirements.
· Posting job openings on media and social media outlets.
· Finding and filtering appropriate job applicants and performing reference checks.
· Scheduling and conducting interviews.
· Extending job offers and arranging the relevant documents.
· Compiling reports on recruitment for the HR department.
· Participating in recruitment events, such as career fairs, preparing information packets, and gathering information from suitable candidates.
· Drafting offer letters.
· Sending out and collecting onboarding documents.
· Other duties as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum of 1 year in a Human Resources based role.
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
· Minimum Human resources diploma required
· Strong people skills – a polite and professional demeanor when working with candidates and coworkers
· Exceptional interpersonal and solid communication skills
· Solid organizational and planning skills with the ability to meet deadlines
· Excellent computer skills, with intermediate Word, Excel, Power Point experience
· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and safeguard data
· Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities within structured deadlines and deliverables.
· Work well in a team environment
· Highly self-motivated with outgoing personality.
· Shows integrity, professionalism, high personal standards, ingenuity and assertiveness in the performance of tasks
· Strong understanding of basic HR processes
