The Position:

Guest is excited to announce the opening of our second location in Toronto opening summer 2023. We are currently looking for a Project Manager to launch our HVAC operations. Initial training will be provided in our Hamilton location before transitioning into Toronto. Our skilled and driven leadership team is excited to show you our current operational processes, but we are always open to creative new ideas. We are looking for someone capable of building and training a new team of technicians as well as expand our brand into a new market.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all areas of HVAC operations
• Build new team and train staff
• Managing residential and small commercial projects
• Ensuring timely delivery of services, materials, and equipment
• Ensuring client satisfaction throughout the life cycle of the project

Qualifications:

• Working trade knowledge of HVAC Construction, sheet metal and refrigeration
• G2, sheet metal or refrigeration trade license
• Strong ability to read prints and drawings
• Sales training considered an asset
• Excellent computer skills and ability to quickly adapt and learn software programs
