Image analysis technician (Histopathology ) Job at Charles River Laboratories
We are seeking an Image Analysis Technician for our Histopathology department site located in Boisbriand (Greater Montreal area) in Canada
The following are responsibilities related to the Image Analysis Technician :
- Capture images with microscopes;
- Analyze images with Image-Pro or other software;
- Analyze the OCT image of arteries;
- Perform any other reasonnable tasks related to job that could be required.

Transportation:

Salary:
- Base salary starting at $19.50/hrs. Opportunity to start at higher level and higher salary with specific research experience.
- Weekend ($2.75/hrs) and evening ($2.50/hrs) premium added to your hourly rate.
- After 37,5 h: Overtime paid at time and a half.
- Holiday: Paid at double time.
- Annual bonus based on performance.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of High School Diploma;
- Preferably, Collegial diploma in Biotechhnology, Biology, Laboratory techniques or equivalent;
- Reading of English is required. Bilingualism is preferable;
- Good organisation skills. communication and interpersonnal skills;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work with deadlines and adapt to change.
