ABOUT THE JOB

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Collaborating with the Senior Immigration Consultants taking responsibility for the application processing and submission
  • Maintaining client files; utilizing the firm’s client management software to work with tasks, assignments, and other initiatives;
  • Creating online accounts;
  • Performing initial assessment of information and/or documents;
  • Managing the application process, including collecting documents, working with immigration forms, and drafting required documents;
  • Requesting and assigning documents to clients on the case management system and reviewing the documents submitted;
  • Conducting research of government resources to ensure processes are current and appropriate documents/immigration forms are being used
  • Maintaining quality communication with clients by responding to email inquiries (20..100 messages per day) and voice calls;

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in processing immigration cases;
  • Experience working with RCIC in processing Economic Class, Temporary Resident, and Sponsorship applications;
  • Strong drafting skills for submission letters and additional requests;
  • Good understanding of the Canadian immigration system and programs;
  • Ability to work independently, conduct online research if required;
  • Commitment to respond to inquiries within a short time and adhere to strict schedules;
  • Good written and spoken English.

This is a full-time/permanent position. Immediate start! Work from the office (Toronto/Etobicoke) and remote work possible. Candidates with pronounced skills and motivation will have an opportunity for promotion.

Starting Salary: CA$-40000-CA$60000
