What We Are Looking For

As our team continues to grow, we are looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our team!

This role is great for someone who loves organization, autonomy and is highly self-motivated. You love time-based projects, meeting deadlines, and goals, and holding others accountable. You love to share ideas and be a part of developing operational process improvements and collaborating with your team. Most of all, you LOVE your customers. You value facetime and human contact over long email trains. You get excited about setting the precedent for the Relgoix customer experience.

What You Will Do

- Own the customer experience during the implementation process of our sensor installs.
- You are the first point of contact post-sale. You understand the customer's business needs and coordinate setups, project deliveries, and timelines.
- You will own and manage multiple projects simultaneously at varying stages of implementation.
- You will manage varying scopes of work from the sales handoff to the project closeout and everything in between including scheduling 3rd party technicians, quality checks, and gathering customer feedback.
- You provide exceptional customer service and support, always with a human-centric approach.
- Manage the successful setup of our Conexus platform. Ensuring our clients have the appropriate access and functionality that they need post-deployment.

- You love to share your ideas and be a part of making process improvements.
- You are inquisitive in nature and love to solve problems/troubleshoot.

Bonus Points If You

- Have experience with project management principles and best practices.
- Have worked in a tech company and are familiar with hardware/software products.

Who You Work With

Our Implementation Specialist will be a part of our Support & Implementations team. You will work closely with other teams including Customer Success, Product, and Sales. Our team works cross-functionally to support one another in all that we do.
