POSITION SUMMARY

Tree Island's Maintenance Department is now accepting applications for the position of Industrial Electrician.

The successful candidate requires:

• BC or Inter-provincial Industrial Electrician Trade Qualification with a minimum of 5 years heavy industrial work experience.
• Experience to include the maintenance and repair of AC/DC drives, motor controls, circuit trouble shooting, PLC exposure, electrical controls for gas furnaces and overhead cranes, general motor repair and maintenance including pneumatic and instrumentation equipment.

The position rate of pay is $40.37 per hour plus a tool premium of $.20 cents. Electricians who obtain Electronic tickets shall in addition to all other wage differentials receive $.40 cents per hour for all hours worked requires membership in the Teamsters Union, Local 213. Shift work is required.
