LKQ Canada is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to join its Winnipeg team!

As a part of our continued growth, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate Inside Sales Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the generation of revenue and promoting sales of new and existing company products.

What are your responsibilities as an Inside Sales Manager?

  • Coordonate the Inside Sales team, on a daily basis;
  • Develop and implement marketing/sales plans and monitor results.
  • Analyzes or resolves customer service issues or assists Inside Sales Coordinators in resolving customer service issues.
  • Be familiar with company product literature and be able to convey product information and availability to customers.
  • Assist in determining labor claims.
  • Manage and support the continual improvement of our company’s quality improvement system.

What is the profile we are looking for?

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a sales team;
  • Have a relevant experience in a sale position;
  • Possess experience or knowledge of the automotive industry (Strong Asset!)
  • University or College degree in Business or related;
  • Must possess strong leadership skills and positive attitude;
  • Must have good communication skills (Written and Oral);
