Qualifications required:
- 2-3 years experience working in a Technical Inside Sales position
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills and professional phone manners
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Duties will include:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls- sales of parts, equipment and supplies
- Facilitate technical support
- Customer service requests and support, process warranties, and customer follow up
- Maintain product knowledge
- Process customer orders
- Provide customers with promotion and product details
- Inventory and order tracking- order required parts
- Updating and managing reports
