Inside Sales Manager (m/f/x) at our location in Hamilton, Ontario.

Position Overview

For the Inside Sales Manager/Associate position, we are looking for ambitious professionals with a proven track record of Inside sales success.

Responsibilities

• Manage Electrical Contractor project requests for approval
• Coordinate the daily schedule and oversee project progress
• Collaborate with Estimating Contractors on design and build projects
• Analyze Electrical and Technology project documents
• Organize and record the final bills of material
• Set up customer accounts
• Keeps existing clients informed of new products
• Maintains an ongoing relationship with prospective clients, both in-person and by phone/email
• Reads and generates reports and conducts market analysis
• Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of Inside sales experience with engineered products
• Engineering background is a plus, but not required
• Strong motivational and communication skills
• Prior experience with mechanical or electrical contractors, distributors, and engineers/specifiers preferred
• Candidates will be required to accept a stringent background check
