Tundra Process Solutions Ltd. Fort St. John, BC

Tundra Process Solutions has a current opening for the role of Inside Technical Sales within our Power Division. This position will be based out of one of our Alberta or British Columbia locations. We are looking for candidates that hold previous Inside Sales experience, specializing in power products. The successful candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager, Power and Building Solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Foster relationships with clients by exploring new business opportunities, promoting our product offerings and providing solutions based on technical requirements.
  • Prepare and execute sales quotes, sales orders to completion.
  • Support clients and internal business units with technical support
  • Coordinate orders with internal business units and manufacturers to ensure our clients have a WOW Experience.
  • Liaise and foster close relationships with Manufacturers.
  • Must be able to easily adapt to changes and think technically on your feet to provide alternative solutions to clients.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an inside technical sales role focused on power products; preference given to those experienced with Low and Medium Voltage VFD, Motor and MCC products.
  • Technical Engineering Diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution preferred.
  • Technical aptitude validated by directly related industry experience or education.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
  • Experience working with an ERP would be an asset.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
