Team Honda is looking for a Internal Warranty Advisor to join our team!
The Warranty Admin is responsible for accurately claiming and processing warranty claims with the manufacturer and aftermarket companies.

Job Duties:
- Work directly with the service manager to meet expectations.
- Work with OEM partner to maintain platinum warranty status.
- Ensure that warranty claims are submitted within 48 hours and approved.
- Confirm payment from vendors and OEM for warranty claims.
- Close, create, and amend work orders when needed.
- Follow up and make adjustments, send in supporting docs when needed.
Successful Candidates Possess:
- Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and high attention to detail.
- Computer skills and understanding of technology.
- Experience with Ignite software is considered an asset.
