La personne titulaire assure la livraison de solution Affaires et/ou TI. Elle effectue la supervision fonctionnelle et la coordination des contributeurs impliqués dans la livraison d'un ou de plusieurs projets dans le respect de la portée, de l'échéancier et du budget prévus. Elle intervient principalement dans le cadre de projet dont le volet Affaires et/ou TI est de portée modérées, à un caractère innovant, impliquant la participation de plusieurs ressources œuvrant dans des champs d'expertise variés, présentant un niveau de risque de même que des impacts modérés et nécessitant un déploiement de complexité faible.
Plus précisément, la personne titulaire prend en charge la coordination des livrables et des activités reliées à la mise en place des solutions d’affaires et/ou TI. Elle agit comme un leader auprès des intervenants de projets. Elle évalue, planifie et fait un suivi des activités avec les parties prenantes. Elle effectue la coordination des équipes impliquées dans les différents projets, notamment lors des implantations, et elle voit au contrôle de la qualité du travail. Elle s'assure de suivre toutes les étapes permettant le transfert de la solution Affaires/TI aux opérations selon les standards, guides et procédures.

Main responsibilities

Scoping, activity planning and costing of the project

Perform functional supervision and coordination of contributors involved in the delivery including external suppliers. Ensure team performance, quality control of work, compliance with standards, methods and procedures to be applied in the project

Ensure performance and consistency with established guidelines

Provide leadership in project delivery

Develop risk analysis, impacts and related strategies to manage the level of risk

Collaborate with Application Contribution Managers (ACM) and Infrastructure Integrators (IIC) to ensure the alignment of the application and infrastructure components with the Business/IT solution

Regularly inform the sponsor of the status of the project, the remaining work to be done and share the risks and issues

Take charge of and carry out various mandates or files in support of his/her immediate superior
