Your Role and Responsibilities*
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for physical cycle counts
  • Responsible to make inventory adjustments including the NTF location with submission to General Manager
  • Work with and support Production teams
  • Responsible to monitor dispatch lists and ensure required inventory is on-site
  • Responsible for point of use shelving and ensuring min/max are accurate and maintained
  • Required to run NTF reports once, daily and review with General Manager and execute disposition accordingly
  • Responsible for making inventory adjustments with full investigation to reasons why prior to adjustment
  • Required to monitor imbalance report and make suggestions on direction based on report to General Manager
  • Ensure that Marwood systems are used with accuracy.
  • Responsible for using Plex
  • All other relevant duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

  • Grade 12, GED, or equivalent
  • Inventory management experience an asset
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, technical drawings, follow written welding procedures (APPS) and other technical documents an asset
  • Experience with machining tools such as Lathe and Mill an asset
  • Ability to use computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must have and maintain a minimum G Drivers license
