The Opportunity:
We are seeking to add a planner/development manager to our team, who will represent us at the various municipalities and coordinate the projects amongst our consultants and make the process more efficient. You will take full ownership of the planning and development process from the initial concept stage to obtaining site plan approvals, all required permits and beyond. Essentially we are looking for someone to advise us on the development process, oversee and manage our projects and give it a more personal touch and be more hands on in the project.
Qualification Criteria:
● Experience in land use planning and development in the Greater Toronto Area.
● A sense of ownership and result-orientedness.
● Team player and visionary leader.
● Ambitious individual and creative thinker
● Detail oriented and excellent presenter
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week
