We are looking for a Junior Automotive Service Advisor with great organizational skills for our busy small dealership in Chilliwack, BC. The ideal candidate will have not necessarily have experience as a service advisor, but are eager and willing to learn. Lots of energy and self-motivation with a positive attitude and genuine concern for customer and employee satisfaction are key for this position. Job Duties:

• Work with customers to understand their needs.
• Work with customers to answer questions or concerns.
• Ensure that customer vehicles are adequately cared for and keep the customer updated on the progress of their repairs.
• Complete a follow up to ensure that customers have no additional questions about the repair of their vehicle.
• Contact customers regarding their upcoming appointments.
• Communicate well with multiple departments to ensure internal work orders are handled in a timely manner.
• Additional duties as and when assigned.

Service Advisor experience not required. The successful candidate with a positive attitude and customer-focused skillset will receive on the job and ongoing training.
