Kiosk / Cart Attendant Job at Quaaout Lodge & Talking Rock Resort
Job Definition:
The Kiosk/Beverage Cart workers at Talking Rock Golf Course are service based employees. Employees are critical to ensure that all guests on course enjoy the day as much as possible. Workers should have knowledge about all product offerings and be able to assist guests with basic inquiries. Professional appearance and behavior is required at all times.
Duties:
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and resort property
- Assist guests with any needs they may have on course
- Daily cleaning and documentation of the kiosk
- Daily cleaning of the beverage cart as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Check and record kiosk cooler temperatures every shift
- Load & replenish inventory as needed
- Unload & put away food & beverage orders when they arrive
- Inform the Director of Golf when any inventory levels are low so product can be ordered.
- Sunday shift- inform the Director of Golf what beer/liquor needs to be ordered for following Friday delivery
- Count & report inventory at month end
Skills & Experience:
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Bondable (criminal record check may be required)
- Excellent English language skills
- Golf Knowledge is an Asset
- Customer service experience in a resort environment
- Friendly behavior to all guests, being able to enhance the experience offered at Talking Rock
