AVA Maintenance Management Inc. is currently looking for motivated, hardworking, safety orientated, responsible, reliable individuals for positions in Commercial Snow Management to join our team! Job Description:
Candidates will be expected to have experience in and willing to do the following:
- Experience and able to operate snow management equipment - sweepers, snow throwers/blowers, Shovels, scrapers and ice melt.
- Physically fit, able to lift up to 50 lbs
Possess good time management skills
- Participate in completing daily job site reports/hazard assessments
- Participate in weekly toolbox meetings
- Help with maintenance of vehicles and equipment
- Hold a valid class 5 or class 3 with air license
- Own transportation to yard
Beneficial skills and knowledge to have:
- Valid first-aid certificate
- WHMIS certificate
- Driving trucks with trailers experience
Adhere to safety policies and procedures. Work well both individually and within a team environment.
Job Requirements: Must be able to perform physical tasks, have the ability to work in varying outdoor conditions. Clean driver abstract. We would like to thank all candidates for their interest, only qualified applicants will be contacted for an interview.
