Well established outdoor lighting company is eager to hire a general labourer to complete low voltage outdoor lighting and artificial turf installations.
Some of the duties for outdoor lighting would include running and installing wire in the ground by hand or machine, installing a variety of fixtures for different applications in lighting projects throughout south central and eastern Ontario.
Artificial turf duties for lawn and golf green applications would include the installation, grading and compaction of an aggreagate base for the turf, laying and cutting the turf as per the client specifications, infilling the turf and completeing the final details.
Previous experience in the landscape industry and basic electrical knowledge is beneficial but not necessarily required. Will train the right applicant. Must be willing to learn new tasks through training and on the job. You must be able to retain and follow the direction given. Attention to detail is very important. Must be be able to work in conjunction with other trades on site and also be trusted to work effectively alone.
A valid drivers license, with the ability to get to and from work is required.

Salary: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
