Capital Staffing Solutions is looking for skilled and reliable Labourers in Ottawa! As a General Labourer you are responsible foroperating equipment and tools and assisting with emergency and spill response.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Pressure blasting and washing
- Removal and disposal of hazardous waste
- Remediation of contaminated areas
- Digging holes and trenches
In addition to physical stamina and the ability to work in all types of weather conditions, a General Labourer should have good communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment. They should also be able to follow safety protocols and have a basic understanding of recycling and environmental issues.

Work Hours:
- Full-time opportunity
- Monday Friday
- Start time: 6:00 am
- Average 10/12 hours a day

Requirements:
- General Labour experience (preferred)
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Must have steel-toed work boots above the ankle and a high visibility vest
