The Role

As a crucial member of the warehouse and delivery team, the Labourer - Delivery Personnel will safely transport our products to customers homes while providing superior customer service and addressing customer concerns.

What you will be doing

• Ensuring prompt and courteous service on pickups and deliveries
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks with large home appliances, maneuvering these products into customer homes, and providing minor hook-ups if required
• Inspecting merchandise prior to delivery, reporting any damages immediately
• Participating and comply with all health and safety processes, initiatives, and training to ensure a safe workplace

To be successful in this role you must

• Clear a security check
• Clear a physical fitness assessment
• Provide a valid Class 5 drivers license and acceptable drivers abstract
• Meet the eligibility requirements of our insurance policy
• Have the ability to safely maneuver merchandise more than 100lbs (our products are heavy)
• Have a professional appearance
• Enjoy working within a diverse team
• Communicate with internal and external contacts with tact, courtesy, and respect.
