The role of a Landscape Maintenance Foreperson is an integral part of a successful landscaping team. This position requires a highly organized, creative, and reliable individual with a passion for landscaping. The Landscape Maintenance Foreperson will be responsible for overseeing all landscape maintenance activities, including planting, trimming, weeding, edging, and other related tasks.

The primary responsibility of the Landscape Maintenance Foreperson is to ensure all landscape maintenance activities are performed in a safe, efficient, and timely manner while meeting all customer expectations. The Foreperson will be responsible for planning and executing the daily schedule of work, ensuring that all equipment and materials are available, and supervising a team of landscape maintenance workers. The Foreperson will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all activities and completing any necessary paperwork.

The Landscape Maintenance Foreperson must be knowledgeable in all aspects of landscaping and should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and remain organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment. The Foreperson should also have the ability to work with various team members to ensure successful completion of projects.

They must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to operate landscape equipment and should have a minimum of two years of experience in landscaping and a high school diploma or equivalent. They should also have knowledge of applicable safety regulations and possess a strong sense of responsibility and leadership.

The Landscape Maintenance Foreperson is a critical role in any landscaping team and will be responsible for supervising and leading the team to successful completion of all projects. This position requires an individual who is organized, responsible, knowledgeable, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Salary: $20.00-$29.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
