LAWYER - 100% REMOTE. Do you want to work from home with flexible hours?

Martin Estate and Injury Law, one of the largest law firms in the Okanagan, is hiring a remote contracting lawyer to do ICBC defense work. This can be part-time or full-time. Past experience in Plaintiff personal injury or insurance defense is essential.

We offer competitive compensation, flexible hours, lots of support, and excellent work-life balance. The pay range above is for full-time but you can choose to work part-time instead. Benefits are also available after three months for those who work 80+ hours/month.

Our firm is fully paperless with a cloud server that is easy to log into from any location. We will provide a full practice to you. We have excellent experienced paralegals to support you and a comprehensive precedent system, as well as bring-forwards and staff who handle scheduling. We have many other remote staff, including other remote lawyers as well as paralegals, and this system is easy to step into.

We will provide thorough training in our software and systems at the outset, in-person at our head office, so that you can return home and feel confident to start work from remote.

We have other lawyers in the lower mainland available for meetups, social events for our remote workers, and regular Zoom meetings for community with our Okanagan team. Free CLE is also available.
