Lift Legal is looking for a new team member to join our fun and fast-paced office! You would be responsible for a range of legal and administrative tasks to help our team excel.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative assistance and general office management duties .
  • Preparing and drafting various correspondence and documents including residential real estate documents.
  • Editing and proofreading legal documents.
  • File organization and management, including file openings, data input and reporting.
  • Calendar management including coordinating and scheduling client meetings.
  • Preparing and circulating client accounts.
  • First point of contact for clients, answering client telephone calls and taking payments.
  • Various other administrative tasks including scanning and handling mail.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited legal assistant program and/or legal assistant experience would be a significant asset for the successful applicant.
  • Strong administrative assistant skills and a love of organization and administrative tasks.
  • Strong multi-tasking and independent problem-solving skills.
  • Superior organizational skills and the ability to work independently to create and implement office management procedures.
  • Responsible and responsive with particular attention for detail.
  • Strong MS Office computer skills, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Comfort with online search & organizational tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Interest in personal and professional development.

Salary: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
